Why do we price each project individually? We believe that this form of valuation is the most fair for both - client and designer. When using the "per m2" rate, only the area determines the value of the project, which is not in proportion to the amount of time devoted to designing a given room.
As an example - designing a 10m2 hallway costs us less work than designing a 10m2 kitchen or bathroom.

To prepare a pricing for your project, we need:

- plan of your premises

- information about the scope of design work (choose one of the packages below)

- information about the location

- short information about the preferred style, elements that you already have and would like to use in the project, etc.)

You will receive a pricing from us within a max. 2 working days from the day of sending the inquiry.

The package includes the technical project - you decide whether with supervision or turnkey. If necessary, we will consult your project with relevant experts (e.g. fire protection specialist).

Inventory

If your premises is located
in the area up to 50 km from Cracow, we will make an inventory free of charge as part of the package you choose.

In other cases, we add the cost

of travel.

Cooperation with teams of professionals

We cooperate with teams of specialists as: renovation teams, carpenters and other specialists in the construction industry. If necessary, we also cooperate with sanitation and hygiene specialists, fire protection specialists etc.
 

Commissioning

At the client's request we take part in the commissioning of the  premises (available only in the area up to 100 km from Cracow)

Cooperation with architecture offices

If you are searching for someone to take care of the entire investment - from the building plot to the interior - write to us. We cooperate with architecture offices, regardless if it's a house, housing estate or a public building.

Do you want to see what the technical documentation we prepare looks like? We have prepared a sample project for you so that you can see what drawings are included and what is the level of detail of the information they contain.

The attached documentation is in English. It is possible for us to prepare the documentation in your language (additional fee for translation).

First meeting

In order to understand your needs  , it is extremely important to carry out a consultation (stationary or online). We will also give you time to complete a personalized questionnaire, thanks to which we will find out whether you have pets, whether you cook a lot, and whether you choose long baths or quick showers. Such information is crucial for us in designing. A coffee meeting is also extremely important so that we get to know each other and like each other, because in the end we will work together on your dream space. At the first meeting, we also have time to discuss the valuation, the design work schedule and for an initial conversation about the budget allocated to the investment. We respect our clients' time and ours, therefore the declared deadlines are sacred to us, as well as the budget, which we adhere to strictly!

Signing a contract

At this stage, we discuss the contract and if there are no comments, we sign and start work on the project.

Inventory

In the case of premises in the Małopolskie, Śląskie and Świętokrzyskie voivodeships - we make an inventory of the designed premises. In other locations, inventory is also possible for an additional fee (related to travel). If you feel able to do it yourself - we will send you an instruction and we will base on your measurements. If your premises is under construction - we rely on the design documentation, and in the case of apartments from the primary market - on the premises card from the developer. If something changes during construction, it is possible to update the design with the actual dimensions after completion of the work.

After starting the design process, we will be in constant contact with you. Therefore, do not worry - we will not disappear for a few months to appear with a ready project and convince you that no corrections are needed. If it is possible to see a material or piece of furniture "live" before including it in the project, we will gladly go to the store with you, so that you can touch it, see it in various types of lighting, or check how it blends in with another material.

At this stage, we discuss the contract and if there are no comments, we sign and start working on the project.
